Week 7, Day 47: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps & Being A Lean Body Vegetarian

The Lean body program is compatible with a vegetarian diet. Most vegetarian diets allow the use of dairy products such as eggs and milk, so you can use egg whites, low-fat cottage cheese, and protein drinks as your protein sources.
If you're a vegan, you can still do the Lean Body program by using some of the soy protein powders that are available on bodybuilding.com, since these are a perfect way to help satisfying your vegan and protein demands.
You should be feeling good. Keep giving it your all, you're doing great. Tomorrow is a 30 minute cardio day, so you'll get some good aerobic activity to help you recover and get your metabolism revved up!

I'm excited for this workout, as I have just finished day 46. I am proud to say that I have gone from weighing 183 lbs to 166 lbs. The complements keep coming and not only am I a lot more fit, but I feel great! Thank you Labrada
