I hope the last episode's talk about fast food gave you something to think about. Fast food is a big problem in many people's diets, and knowing how to eat healthy in a fast food restaurant is a challenge.

In this episode, I'm going to go over your legs and abs workout. Remember to focus on your muscles while doing your exercises, so you don't cheat yourself out of better results.
