Your workout today is legs and abs. Hopefully, you are starting to make a routine of these workouts. You know what's happening day to day, week to week, and your body is getting into the groove. Remember to track all your workouts in your journal so you can refer back to them and monitor your progress.

Your job now is to maintain this level of consistency and motivation. Small changes from day to day may not seem like that big of a deal, but when you look back from month one to the end of month two, you will notice a huge difference.

The Workout

I hope that you're pushing hard during your gym sessions. The way to make great progress is to make sure that you're giving it 100% of your effort each and every session. Remember, you are in control of your own effort, so don't let anyone else draw your commitment away from your workout schedule.

Tomorrow, you're going to train your back and biceps and do 30 minutes of cardio. I'm also going to give you some information on how to make good choices at breakfast.
