Finding A Workout Buddy And Mentor

If you can find a workout partner who shares your goals, trust me, it's going to make this process a lot easier. Find someone who has a similar workout schedule as you and who wants to achieve the same type of physique. Then schedule out all your gym sessions together and you'll be set to go.

When you know this gym buddy will be there waiting for you, it can mean the difference between you showing up or not. Plus, it's always nice to work out with a friend as well.

Have them spot you while you're doing your lifts just in case you need a little extra help as you squeeze out that last rep. So if you don't have a gym buddy yet - try and find one.
