Maxing Out Muscle

In this program, I encourage you to vary the exercises you do for every body part.

Your muscles are highly adaptive, so if you don't challenge them with new exercises regularly, you won't see results.

So, do as I do, and vary your exercises. It'll keep your muscles off balance and the variety will keep you more interested.
