Looking for a program that fits me and I believe this is it . Starting vacation in 1 wk and still be able to do the program.

why is lee asking to inhale while lifting and exhale while getting to starting position ?
i have been been performing the reverse of this in gym .
And secondly i am just 130lbs . should i go for this program ?
please help and clear the doubt :)
The program is designed for overall health. So yes you can follow along.
There have been people join the LBC who have gained muscle mass over the 12 week period.
If your goal is to build muscle you will need to ensure you are eating large enough quantities to do so.
In terms of breathing techniques, I believe Lee meant exhale while on the concentric motion of the exercise and breath in on the eccentric motion of the exercise.
Machines will be a good choice if you are a beginner and without a spotter.
Machines allow for good form throughout your range of motion.
