Really pleased with the results from my first week. Went from around 203-204 to around 198. And am also seeing a little more definition in my upper abs as well as some fat loss in my lowers abs. All in all I feel much stronger and can't wait to see what the results will look like at the end of week 12.

that's awesome! I'm trying to figure out how in the world do I link this workout to my bodyspace profile without manually inputting every single exercise and exercise sets/reps...

Does anyone know if we can add milk to our morning coffee?

Yes you can, just be sure it's fat free or skim milk, but it probably wouldn't really matter what kind it is since you're probably not going to be putting a ton of it in your coffee. haha

what does 1 set of failure means?
do we have to do 2 sets of each exercise or 3 sets?

You do 3 sets. The first two sets should be 10 - 12 reps. You should do the third set till you can't do any more - failure.

Day three...It's okayso far. The cardio is a kick in the butt though...but that's what I needed. I sort became accustomed to the seven-day routine over the winter after I got laid off. Now that I'm back to work. an hour or two a day doen't seem like much. I am hoping this new regimen will break my plateau. The down-side for me is giving up my Belgian Ale. oh well...no pain...no gain. lol
