abs are made in the kitchen. Get your nutrition sorted and eat at a calorie deficit and once you get your body fat to below 15%, they should slowly start showing.

Actually 17%.. once you get it down to 17% you will see the upper abs which are usually first and easier to get...
But yes, it the kitchen...
Next 8 weeks working towards getting ripped..

There is no such thing as target fat burning. What do I mean by that? That means if you just want fat off your gut, you gotta burn body fat. There is no way to lose belly fat without losing fat somewhere else. Listen to Mr. SpyderWeb.

actually there's new evidence that suggest spot reduction is possible. check out august edition of TRAIN pg.56 "the short answer is no, but the long answer is yes. Here's the new thinking that might challenge everything you thought you knew about spot reducing fat" way too complicated for my taste....but apparently there is evidence.

Ok so I've done a few programs here....I was doing rewired BUT I just found out i'm 5 weeks pregnant and the supersets are a bit much for my body as it transforms according to my doctor...what is a good plan to go with?
