well if u have shortage in time, try pyramide workout plans... 5*5 plans are also good.
Just keep in mind pyramides are always leads to get ripped in general as oppose to 5*5 plans which are more likely leads to muscle build and strength...

Shortcut to shred is really good. You will get a good amount of definition and still build muscle and get bigger! Give it a try.

What is a good program for someone who is on a weight limit and not allowed any impact in their training? I have a chronic back condition, and my Dr has told me no impact and nothing over 10 pounds. Yet, I was also told to lose weight.

I had started Live Fit by Jamie Eason A few times. Excusable like always. I can't afford nutrition, monthly memberships & the supplements. are there simpler solutions to start a at home transformation plan? KTHNXBI

You don't have to follow all the diet and supplements suggested by the programs, they usually ask for a lot of things, and many of us who are on a budget can't afford them! But you can definitely start eating healthier and incorporate a nice diet system into your life, and do many simple home workout available online!

I went from 92 lbs to current 119 , I want muscle and lots of it... which program would be the best and quickest, along with which supplements. I currently only take aminos, fish oil and protein.

Well I would suggest going for any of the building muscle programs. I for instance doing the shortcut to size by Jim and it's really good! Give it a try. As for supplements, whey protein and creatine would be enough! (along with multivitamins and fish oil). You have to measure your BPI and plan your daily calorie intake, this will provide you with the extra muscle gain (usually to hit your gaining muscle goal, you should measure your idle daily calorie intake and add to that 250 up to 500 more calories to gain weight.)
