AM back
Started kris gethin workout 12 weeks trainer.
This is the seventh day weight in the morning.
This is the best workout of my life. I started this before but did not get into it and the gym i go to went on fire no am back in a new gym.
His tips arethe best ,pot size eating 7-8 meals getting sizes on foods he,s the best

Hey 415, I got this from on of my mentors.

For bodyfat with the tape, the online calculator is there : http://www.fitoverfat.com/body-fat-calculator/
The algorithm of this calculator was designed by the US navy. Select the unit and gender, plug in the numbers, and voila.

Im 42 type 2 d/b and high blood pressure. Just had surgery on my tricep, been off from fire fighting for 4 weeks. Im going crazy. Im at the point where i fell less of a man and useless. Im taking this one day at a time. I know that there is no quick fix. Im on the right track. Wish me luck.
