Background

I am an Administrative Executive and a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. I was born on April 5, 1963. I have been bodybuilding for the past 10 ? years and have been competing for 61/2 years. I started going to the gym to stay in shape at a mere 110 pounds, 5 feet 2 inches because I did not want to get fat. My former coach at the time saw the potential I had to become a bodybuilder and the rest is history.

I train in the A.M. hour 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off. I eat 6 meals a day including 2 protein shakes.

Protein includes: Lean steak, skinless boneless chicken breast, salmon, tuna in water, egg whites, ground turkey.
Carbohydrates includes: Cream of rice, yams, rice, rice cakes, broccoli, asparagus, strawberries, kiwi, watermelon, grapefruit, berries.
Fats includes: Raw cashews, flaxseed oil, natural peanut butter.
Supplements includes: Creatine, glutamine, bcaa, vitamin c and e, multivitamin and minerals, calcium, ZMA, omega 3 fish oil, Hydroxycut.

In the off season I basically eat the same but once a week I give myself a treat to my favorite desert, which is chocolate cake and ice-cream.

My mind plays a very important part in my bodybuilding career because it has to be in tune with my body and training. This is a very discipline sport and in order to be the best you have to be willing to give 110% to everything you do. My body is my temple and a gift from God and it is through him that I am able to be the best that I can be and do what is right in his eyes. 1997 NPC Metropolitan - 1st in the middle weight division and overall
