Operations and Distribution
Distribution operates our four domestic fulfillment centers (FCs) and one in the UK. Product is stored in the FCs and shipped directly to our customers. The supply chain team makes sure we have the right amount of product at the right time, analyzing, forecasting, and purchasing product for the FCs. The logistics team’s role is to maximize relationships with parcel carriers like UPS and FedEx. They wow our customers by getting the goods on their doorsteps faster than they can say, “peanut butter protein shake.”
This is no ordinary customer service department. Our highly trained team can tell you anything from your optimal protein intake to which creatine will support your fitness goals to what the heck hypertrophy means.
