Front Two-Dumbbell Raise

The dumbbell front raise is an isolation movement that targets the shoulders. In particular, it focuses on the anterior or front head of the deltoid muscles. Bodybuilders use this exercise to zero in on the front shoulders, but it is also great for general strength training or for people new to lifting weights.
