I have spent the last 10 years of my life devoted to understanding and researching health and fitness, but until April of 2001 I had not practiced what I preached. I finally took my knowledge and created a complete nutrition, training and supplement program to achieve my goal of having a hard body. The training system that I wrote worked so well that I had a lot, and I mean a lot of people lining up asking for advice.
