Single-arm incline triceps extension

The single-arm incline triceps extension is a dumbbell exercise targeting the triceps. The incline angle helps to target the long head of the triceps in particular. This exercise is usually performed for moderate to high reps as part of an upper-body or arm-focused workout.

Benefits

  1. Builds size and definition in the triceps
  2. Great stretch and activation on all three heads of the triceps, but the long head in particular
  3. Dumbbells can be more comfortable for wrist and elbow than a barbell
  4. Greater mind-muscle connection than double-arm version
