I have been part of the sport of bodybuilding in one way or another since my first glance and Joe Weider's Muscle Builder and Power Magazine many years ago. That journey began over three decades ago and has literally taken me around the world. During my career as a photojournalist, no matter where my travels have landed me, I have always managed to locate a gym and train. I have found that bodybuilding is indeed a universal language.

I became involved with competitive bodybuilding in the 1990s as a photographer, videographer and writer. Since then I have been fortunate to work with some of the top professional bodybuilders, fitness and figure competitors in the sport today as well as some of the greatest physique photographers in the business.

Although I do enjoy being part of the national shows my first love is working along side the amateur competitors at the many local and regional shows that I work. These athletes are the true unsung heroes of the sport and lead the way toward the future of bodybuilding, fitness and figure.

It is a great thrill for me to be part of the Bodybuilding.com team.
