Diana Rini

Background

Diana Rini is an accomplished fitness writer, educator, and national figure competitor. She has spent many years promoting fitness related activities in her roles as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and fitness consultant through her company, Matter of Fitness, LLC.

Diana holds several fitness certifications including ACE, the Arthritis Foundation, kickboxing, and earned a purple belt in Kenpo Karate. Diana is also a CPR Instructor through the American Heart Association. Diana is a frequent contributor to many fitness publications and is an accomplished NPC Figure Competitor. She has her Bachelors Degree from Indiana University and spent many years in the business world cultivating her personal and professional communication skills.

Through all of her education and training, Diana's varied life experience has greatly enabled her to assist other people in their fitness quest to safely and effectively reach their goals.

Diana resides in Willoughby, Ohio, with her husband, Chuck, and is the mother of four children.
