Cory Gregory


Cory Gregory is a fitness entrepreneur who opened his first gym at the age of 20 from money he saved as an underground coal miner. After 10 years of personal training he co-founded sports-nutrition giant MusclePharm, which he led for eight years. During that span Cory appeared on 11 magazine covers and achieved a pair of elite totals in powerlifting. Cory has competed in more than 15 bodybuilding competitions and 30 powerlifting meets.

Cory has an exercise specialist degree from Columbia State College, a NESTA fitness and nutrition coach certification, a Crossfit L1 trainer accreditation and is Westside Barbell certified. He has learned from and been mentored by some of the most highly regarded professionals in the industry, including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bill Phillips, Louie Simmons, Mauro Di Pasquale, MD, Dr. Eric Serrano, MD, and John Broz.

Today, Cory is the co-owner of The Old School Gym in Pataskala, Ohio, one of the top hardcore facilities in the nation. Cory also owns and operates several other businesses while continuing to compete in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting.
