Chris Tuttle is a registered dietitian, professional bodybuilder, personal trainer, and Universal sponsored athlete. He is also a guest lecturer in nutrition at the University of St. Joseph and the American International College in the School of Health Sciences. Nutrition For You, LLC specifically offers services and expertise in weight loss, sports performance, contest preparation, bodybuilding, and fitness and figure competitions.

Tuttle received his bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics at the University of New Haven. From there, he expanded his understanding of nutrition by completing a dietetic internship at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. After leaving New York, he continued to study nutrition in further depth and earned a master's degree in nutrition from the University of Saint Joseph.

Combining good nutrition with physical training helped Tuttle earn his professional status as a Motocross competitor in 2004, and more recently to achieve his IFBB pro card as a bodybuilder at the NPC Nationals in November 2013. Chris loves to educate others on the power of nutrition and derives great satisfaction from helping people achieve their goals.
