Background
I started lifting weights in high school to make me stronger for the varsity basketball team. Once I saw how I could change my body with weight lifting, my passion for the hardwood turned to weightlifting. I loved the feeling of pushing my body to its physical limits. My strong passion to improve my own fitness inspired me to learn as much as I could about training and nutrition. At the age of 18, I decided to become a personal trainer. I obtained my certification as a personal trainer through ISSA. Realizing that training goes hand and hand with nutrition, I earned my certification as a nutritionist through ISSA shortly thereafter. Currently, I am pursing a bachelor's degree in both Exercise Science and Finance from Bridgewater State College. I work as a personal trainer at my local fitness club and started an online personal training business. In the near future, I plan to design and have available a personal website for my online business. This feature will allow me to better communicate with my clients.
