Background

Ryan Patrick is an up and comer in the fitness and athletic training industry with a commitment to excellence. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and is pursuing a Master's Degree at Colorado State University in Health and Exercise Science.

He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Always setting goals for himself, he looks to improve upon his current knowledge and networks with some of the brightest minds in the fitness industry to bring the best results to his own clients.
