Kelly Gonzalez is a freelance health writer, fitness model, lifestyle consultant, and certified personal trainer. She has been involved in athletics and the fitness industry since a young age. Kelly played Division I Lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University, raced the Boston Marathon, has competed internationally with USLA as a beach sprinter, and is a National level NPC Bikini Competitor. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BA in Writing Seminars and is currently pursuing her Masters in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. Kelly describes herself as a "student of fitness," as she is constantly learning from her own athletic experiences, research, and networking within the fitness industry.

Kelly lives in Annapolis, Maryland. Through her business Fit In Fitness, Kelly conducts boot camps, small group and individual personal training, educational and motivational seminars, and writes for various publications. Kelly is living her passion everyday and hopes to inspire others to do the same. She believes that "accomplishing one goal is the beginning of the next." Kelly is busy expanding her business on all levels, and competitively hopes to capture the status of IFBB Bikini Professional.
