Background

Favorite Body Part: Legs, without a doubt. They have always had good size, which came from years of wrestling.
Least Favorite Body Part: Abs. I am working on finally getting that six-pack that I have never had.
Favorite Exercise: I really enjoy all biceps lifts. I also love doing squats.
Favorite Supplements: Universal's Animal Stak and Animal Cuts, Muscletech's Hydroxycut, and HDT's 5-Plus-1.
Favorite Workout Music: Heavy Metal. My favorite band is Iron Maiden, however I enjoy anything that incites fury.
Hobbies: Weightlifting (go figure), bike riding, outdoor sports, going to concerts and live theater.
Best Lifts: Bench Press-400 pounds. Squat-605 pounds.
