Over the years, from high school in the 60's to now, I've always been 'interested' in bodybuilding. I just haven't always been motivated. Now at age 56, I'm motivated. I've got the best home gym I've ever had and it's a pleasure to go out there and dig in to the weights.
I've got music, posters, a mirror, and lots of weights. I've got a ParaBody 400 with a lot of cable gadgets that make it easy to mix and match and change and vary, along with my free weights.
