Timothy Ayson is the founder of the revolutionary fitness movement in the Southern part of Metro Manila, Philippines in Level Three Fitness. He specializes in strength and conditioning for general and sport specific enhancements. Spreading the word of TRUE fitness, developing new breed of athletes and providing practical and effective ways to common working people are among his passion.

He has been studying relentlessly to improve his craft in integrating the most effective modern and classic fitness methods. He is also a member of the ISSA (International Sport Science Association) family.
