Steven Cotter is a San Diego based Martial Artist and Strength Coach. A 20 year practitioner of Chinese Internal Martial Arts, Steve has created the revolutionary Full KOntact Kettlebells and Full KOntact Fitness. Drawing from his diverse background as a 2-times US National Full Contact Kuoshu (Kung Fu) Champion, Steve has in a very short time excelled in kettlebell lifting and has been recognized as an outstanding instructor with his designation of the prestigious Senior RKC status.

Full KOntact Kettlebells is the most direct and complete program developed for learning and increasing martial skill and power, at all levels of practice. Results-driven, yet patient, Steve trains a wide array of clients, from world class and professional athletes, to grandmothers and executives.
