Sandy is a qualified personal trainer and NPC Judge. She has recently opened Southside Fitness in Lakeland, Florida with her business partner Debbie Callahan from Debs gym.

"I love the challenges and the mental test bodybuilding puts me through. I have gained a lot of confidence in myself and I know that I can pretty much do anything now that I put my mind too. I do believe that even though bodybuilding is a sport dominated by men, that women can gain a lot of personal self-confidence. Don't be intimidated because you may see that the participants are mostly men." -Sandy

Sandy is also a mother with a full-time job, owns a gym, is a personal trainer, and still a normal person.
