Mike Dolce's mission is to bring the joy of health and vitality to every living being on the planet.

Starting in April, 2015, Mike became a Bodybuilding.com contributor. He is the creator of the Dolce Diet, used by elite athletes and fighters all over the world. He is a world-class weight-loss coach who specializes in getting athletes ready for competitive seasons and fighters ready to make weigh-ins.

For more than 20 years, Mike has worked with clients to utilize nutritional science as it pertains to performance. He is the author of four books: "3 Weeks to Shredded," the "Living Lean Cookbook," the "College Diet Guide," and "Living Lean." He also is the host of the Mike Dolce Show.

Mike was named World MMA Trainer of the Year in 2013 and 2014, and fought professionally from 2003-10, earning his way onto season seven of the "The Ultimate Fighter."
