Micah Massey

Background

My name is Micah Massey. I have graduated with a degree in Health Science with an emphasis in Lifetime wellness. I am currently working as Dietitian Technician in a hospital. I also work as a Substitute Teacher. I have always enjoyed exercising and lifting weights is not always something I enjoyed.

I went from 135 lbs to 190 lbs since high school. I was more into martial arts and Marine J.R.O.T.C exercises. I was always small in grade school. When I graduated high school I decided it was time to start pumping the weights. I just got married 5 months ago and during engagement and the beginning of our marriage, my wife and I got a little lazy. We got back in the gym and got to work. My wife Linda and I have been hitting the gym 5 days a week, and have been getting some good results.

I hope to get a Masters Degree in something health related so that I can be a college professor while working on my PhD. I really love to learn and teach. A few of my other hobbies are learning Martial Arts. I have been able to learn Karate, Judo, and Capoiera. I also enjoy Break dancing and Latin dancing.
