Melissa Edmonds is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. She received her bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. In addition to in-person training at Apple Inc., Edmonds is the founder of ProShape Fitness, a healthy-living company that specializes in online fitness and nutrition coaching for people who want to get in the best shape of their lives while still maintaining a balanced and enjoyable lifestyle.
