The E.A.T.S. staff is comprised of knowledgeable, certified, and experienced strength & conditioning coaches and personal trainers. Alan brings a wealth of valuable experience to his training arsenal - including extensive work with elite high school, college, and professional athletes. His passion, enthusiasm, and innovative training techniques make him the Washington D.C. area's leading expert on productive training for basketball players.
- Certified Conditioning Specialist with NSPA (CCS).
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA (CSCS).
- Graduated from Elon College in 1999 with a BS degree in Sport Management (now Elon University).
- Four year varsity letter winner and scholarship athlete for Elon's Men's basketball team (1994-1998).
- Served as a strength & conditioning coach for all of Elon's sports (1998-1999).
- Was a strength & conditioning consultant for the N.C. A&T men's basketball team (1998).
- Served as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneer's strength & conditioning staff during training camp (1999).
- Is the Chief Operations Officer for E.A.T.S.
- Is the National Director for the Scout Camp Pro Football Regional Kicker / Punter Combines (held in LA, Miami, and Baltimore) (2002-present).
- Speaks at several of the area's premier basketball camps every summer about productive training for aspiring hoop stars (2002-present).
- Is the head strength & conditioning coach for the regional teams in the Jordan Brand Capital Classic (2004).
- Currently serves has the head strength & conditioning coach for Stu Vetter's nationally ranked Montrose Christian Mustangs boy's basketball team (2003-present).

Jason Hadeed is regarded by his peers as one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the area and has worked with thousands of top-notch athletes. Jason has also spent several years under the tutelage of renowned strength training and conditioning experts from around the world.
- Graduated from Montgomery College with an AA in Exercise Science
- Graduated from Towson University in 1998 with a BS degree in Kinesiology and in 2000 with a teaching certificate in Physical Education
- Certified Conditioning Specialist with NSPA
- Established and founded Elite Athlete Training Systems in 1995 to provide a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for male and female athletes of all levels
- From 1996 to 1998, served as a member of the strength and conditioning staff of the U.S. Olympic Bobsled team
- In 1999-2000, was an assistant strength coach with the Baltimore Ravens
- National Field Consultant/Regional Director for Scout Camp Professional Football National Combines, an agency that provides standardized tests and evaluations for all of the professional football leagues
- Works closely with the Maryland State High School Football Coaches Association to coordinate the high school combine system (combine is run identical to the professional combine)
- Course instructor and test proctor for NSPA
