For Danielle, the art of cooking has always represented nothing short of sheer magic and has become a pastime that brings her an unmatched source of pleasure. Even while working full time and pursuing her MBA from Boise State University, she has taken the time not only to cook elaborate, memorable dishes, but also to photographically document her creations with an artist's eye.
Danielle is the owner and founder of Haute Foods, Boise's local resource for gourmet meal delivery and private chef services. While she still calls Boise home, she lives to see the world and experience the richness of its many cuisines. Danielle does her best writing from the passenger seat of a car, on napkins at hole-in-the-wall restaurants, while soaking up the sun on the beaches of Central America, and while comfortably tucked into her favorite Boise coffee shops.
