Blaine Kaltman is a diplomat serving all over the world with the U.S. Department of State. He is avid about lifting weights, eating right, and training in Muay Thai. He has a PhD in Sociology from the University of Queensland, Australia, an M.S. in Criminology from the University of TN and is the author of Under the Heel of the Dragon: Islam, Racism, Crime, and the Uighur in China (Ohio University Press, 2007), and articles for That's Shanghai Magazine.
