Tracy Doll

Background

I am a 24-year-old Fitness enthusiast who's been competing in Fitness Competitions for the past 4 years. I am currently qualified to compete at the Canadian National Level competition.

I usually diet anywhere from 12-16 weeks out from a show. In the "off-season" I still maintain a strict diet, but allow for a cheat meals on the weekend. During competition season I train with weights four days a week, cardio twice daily 6 days a week, and routine practice 4-5 days a week. I train 2 body-parts a day. My diet consists of eggs, chicken, protein shakes, and a lot of fibrous veggies along with a few complex carbs like oatmeal, and flaxseed oil. I eat 6-7 small meals spaced 2-3 hours apart.

My current goal is to compete and place top three at the 2003 Canadian National Fitness Championships. I will be getting certified in Personal Training, as I like to help others reach their goals and show them that anything is possible if you have goals and set your mind to it. My motto is that with patience, persistence and determination you can achieve anything.

I encourage everyone to set goals for themselves and to believe that you can do anything you set your mind to with patience, persistence and determination. Height: 5'7"
