Background

Richard Chan is a health and fitness life coach and freelance writer. He was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and is a natural athlete that had excelled in all sports. However, due to a key injury he was prevented from competing at a professional level. Since the age of 18 years old he has been curious with the human body on how it performs and functions. He first became a personal trainer with Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals in the year 2000 and he is now affiliated with American Council on Exercise.

Richard has trained people from athletes to law enforcement and martial artists in strength and conditioning. His expertise lies within a persons mind and mental body. This includes an individuals breathing and internal power. His philosophy is to integrate the power of the mind so that everyone can achieve their goal. Richard also continues to further his education and studies with an Eastern approach. His goal is to grasp the knowledge and benefits of herbal medicine. Most importantly continue his life practice in Qi Gong working closely with Qi Gong practitioners and with Master Teresa.
