Background

I used to run cross country/ long distance track and field for a division one university. I was ranked second in the country, and I also had a terrible case of anorexia. I had to give up running entirely, and I've since taken up bodybuilding. I wrote an article on the importance of a nutritionist in establishing a healthy lifestyle plan that encompasses ones exercise level, as well as the magic of eating more and staying leaner. I hope it can be an inspiration to someone out there.
