Paul Del Vecchio

Background

Paul R. Del Vecchio has been coaching bodybuilding since 1972. He started the development of his program strictly for the purpose of keeping his athletes off steroids. Coaching Colorado Teenage America hopefuls in the 1970's, he came up with a program that gave the athletes he trained quick results without drugs. He also coached Olympic hopefuls at the Nautilus in Denver, Colorado.

Del's techniques have been used by actors, dancers, and models. He has established programs at the Loretto Heights College in Denver, Colorado and at the Philadelphia College of Performing Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has also set up programs for men's health clubs around the country.

Del lives with his wife, Marie, and their three children, Jeanna, Noah, and Renee in the middle of the Rocky Mountains at about 8,000 feet above sea level. There he coaches athletes privately all over the world in his "Dragon Gym."
