Background

I remember being over 300 lbs and one day I looked in the mirror and didn't like the person looking back at me. I had all this information in me but for some reason I refused to use it on myself. I decided it was time to make a change. This is when I started to experiment on myself. I lost over 100 pounds in 1 year using the ideas I came up with. Unfortuantely it was also lean mass that I lost, not just fat. I went to a measly 165 pounds. I had guys asking me if I was dying of cancer. Remember the guy who the bully would kick sand in his face while on the beach? I looked like that.

I got tired of everyone making snappy remarks about my size. After about 3 years of this (I was able to keep the weight off), I decided to see if I could use the training technologies that I was taught and learned through self-trials. I became 225 lbs within 2 years time at 8% body fat. Being that I like to experiment so much I wondered how far I could take it. Within the next years I would eventually reach my weight that I am right now, 245 lbs. I have been training for over ten years now and plan on continuing unless something severe happens.
