Background
Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Ashlee Green recently relocated to Seattle, WA, where she is pursuing both her writing and fitness careers. She began practicing yoga at the age of fourteen and in the summer of 2008, studied abroad in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, practicing traditional Hatha yoga on a daily basis. She is AFAA Group Exercise, YogaFit Level 1, and CPR-certified and ultimately plans to pursue her 200-hour, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT®) training. She strives for balance and happiness for both her students and herself through three main facets: unprocessed food, regular exercise, and shared, community interaction.
