Jay Horowitz

Background

Hi. My name is Jay Horowitz. I am a 15 year old world-record holding powerlifter, currently residing in New York. I have been lifting weights since the age of 8. My favorite bodyparts are my forearms and my shoulders, and my favorite exercise is the deadlift. Some of my hobbies aside from weight lifting are basketball and travel. My favorite bodybuilders are Ronnie Coleman and Lee Preist. I am 6' 2", and weigh 220 at 7% bf.

I was exploring a hotel at the age of 8, and I came across the weight room. In it stood the biggest guy I had ever seen. I asked him how I could be like him, and he showed me 2 exercises. Everything just stemmed from there.
