I am a fitness, weight lifting and overall healthy living advocate. I have been a vegetarian since the age of seven, so my diet is somewhat unusual, but I like to think it gives me a unique perspective on nutrition. I'm a certified personal trainer through ACE, a performance nutrition specialist through ISSA and just competed in my first natural bodybuilding competition.
