Get CrossFit Fit! Rich Froning Video Series

Competitors from all over the world will battle at the 2013 CrossFit Games to prove themselves as the Fittest on Earth. In this video series, two-time Games champ and BSN athlete Rich Froning shares his training, diet, and supplement regimen.

The Super Bowl of CrossFit, the Reebok CrossFit Games brings together top competitors in individual, team, and masters divisions. These superior athletes are hell-bent on performing their best, earning respect, and more than anything, winning a piece of the more-than-a-million-dollar purse.

Two-time champion Rich Froning will look to continue his reign as the "Fittest Man on Earth." The 26-year-old Tennessee resident blasted onto the CrossFit scene in 2010 when he earned second place at the Games. Since then, he's continued to train his weaknesses—if you can call them that—and fight for constant improvement. Clearly, whatever he is doing is working.

Earlier this year, BSN caught up with Rich as he trained for the Regionals. In the Fittest Man on Earth video series, you'll learn more about how Rich trains, how he eats, and what he uses for supplementation. You'll also learn more about what CrossFit is, and why its growing popularity doesn't seem to be slowing!

You guys should remember that the site sells supplements and provides content not just for bodybuilding/fitness enthusiasts but for people into any sport.

Besides, if you wouldn't trade your physique for his it's because you reached something, most people are still chasing it.

Keep up the good work. But don't be the one doing pointless comparisons..

Absolutely. This site is full of great content for all kinds of fitness related topics. But I still wouldn't trade my physique for his, not because I like mine better, but because no one should want to trade theirs for anyone elses. If you keep wanting someone else's body then you're going to hate your own. This inevitably leads to being incredibly disappointed which then leads to a lot of guys quitting. Never chase someone else's physique, thrive to make yours better

i definitely see the point you're making. you worked hard to get where you are and chiseled away at your body to get it into the condition you want.
Crossfit is awesome, but people have the idea it's going to slim and trim them down to the physique of some people on here.
There are some people at our box that look like you guys, but not everyone works to attain that type of physique due to them only sticking to Crossfit workouts.
How long have you guys been at it? i've just started making a serious commitment to my health and fitness and am looking forward to abs i can grate cheese on

Everyone has a right to their own opinion. I mean I wouldn't trade mine for yours, I like the look of Rich Froning more and that's the look I desire to achieve, but that's just my own opinion.

He's not striving for a good body, he's striving for fitness. He has strength, stamina and flexibility. Most bodybuilders don't have all three.

Rich is truly inspirational, despite this being BB.com, its great to see different styles of training. If you dig physiques Froning, Kalipa, Bailey, Barto etc are all in great shape, strong and lean. Im a big believer in functional training - its why we are built the way we are. BB is subjective whereas crossfit is judged on ability, and this whole US versus THEM is BS, ALL training should go hand-in-hand, its all about adaptation and forcing CHANGE.

I agree. As long as we are staying active, healthy and getting better, that should be the only thing that matters. We are all here to train and get better than we were. We all have different goals for our fitness.

What do you mean? I competed in Crossfit for a bit, and trained it for a couple years. The exercises listed here are pretty much exactly what I'd do day in day out.

Noticed Rich wears ankle supports. Any recommendations as to what works best? Recovered from a bad sprain earlier this year and looking for support for upcoming mud run training.
