I'm getting great results fom this program right now. week 5, in super lifting form, adding muscle rapidly. It also helped me increase my performance capacity a great deal. I needed to lower the daily caloric intake though, 80% of the recommended is enough for me bulking. This is a great plan, I can recommend it to experienced lifters. Might be a bit challenging on the system for the inexperienced, who aren't 100% in touch with first signs of overtraining and the balance of taxing to improve // doing a bit too much. I needed an additional day of rest every other week for example.
