Mar 9, 2012 4:47 PM: I recently discovered the benefit of doing steps to lose fat, it was an coincidental discovery. I lost 6 pound in 7 days and one more dress size. I use the moderate intensity/high intensity (30 second to 1 minute of high intensity and back to moderate intensity) alternation. Work grate.

Review: Step Mill
Jan 10, 2012 3:18 PM: Holy freaking hell! This makes me sweat SO much SO fast! I did 12 minutes today (only my 3rd day doing it) at 75 steps/min and burned waaaay more calories than any other machine! Oh, and my entire backside hurts soo good! Haha. Cant wait to go back and do more!
