The Super Bowl of CrossFit, the Reebok CrossFit Games brings together top competitors in individual, team, and masters divisions. These superior athletes are hell-bent on performing their best, earning respect, and more than anything, winning a piece of the more-than-a-million-dollar purse.

Two-time champion Rich Froning will look to continue his reign as the "Fittest Man on Earth." The 26-year-old Tennessee resident blasted onto the CrossFit scene in 2010 when he earned second place at the Games. Since then, he's continued to train his weaknesses—if you can call them that—and fight for constant improvement. Clearly, whatever he is doing is working.



Earlier this year, BSN caught up with Rich as he trained for the Regionals. In the Fittest Man on Earth video series, you'll learn more about how Rich trains, how he eats, and what he uses for supplementation. You'll also learn more about what CrossFit is, and why its growing popularity doesn't seem to be slowing!
