Jan 1, 2010 2:06 AM: The instructions start out with: "Stand with your legs at shoulder width apart..." This is clearly not the case. The pose starts out with the legs together, feet side by side. I've done this exercise many times to increase knee flexibility. I've never noticed any effect on my claves.
