- 9 cup popcorn, plain
- ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
- 1½ tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup peanuts, chopped
- Place 9 cups of popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- Put the peanut butter and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for a few seconds to melt them together.
- Add the Promises PB Crunch protein powder to the peanut butter mixture and stir until combined.
- Drizzle half the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.
