  • 2 tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp relish, sweet
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

  1. Hard boil 1–2 two eggs, peel and dice finely. Mix with one can of tuna. Stir in 1– 2 tablespoons of low fat mayonnaise and one tablespoon of relish.
  2. Add salt and pepper and spoon onto two slices of Ezekiel bread to form a sandwich.
