  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together into a dough.
  3. Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Roll cookie dough flat between two pieces of parchment paper.
