Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ⅓ cup coconut oil
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered Stevia
  • 3 egg
  • 1 scoop(s) fitMiss Delight, Chocolate Delight Protein Powder

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease pan.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: Bittersweet chocolate, 1/4 cup. If adding chopped bittersweet chocolate, fold in at the end. Do not blend.
  4. Pour into a pan, and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Note: If you like fudgy brownies, let these cool. The texture actually changes as they cool off, and they become gooier.
