- ½ cup broccoli
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- Slice the beef as thinly as possible and marinate with the shallot, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and cayenne.
- Cut the broccoli into small florets and throw them into a hot pan with a few drops of oil. Cook for about a minute, shaking the broccoli around the pan to cook evenly.
- Add the sliced beef and the marinade. Continue to cook on high, until beef is as done as you like. Pour this over a bowl of brown rice.
