Im not sure how much is overtraining now so can some one plz help me my chest routie is

Decline barbell bench press 4 sets
Incline dumbell bench press 3 sets
Flat dumbell bench press 2 sets
Incline cable flies 2 sets
Decline cable flies 2 sets

Is that to much or not enough or is it an alright workout or what?

Try to do 7-9 Sets all together going heavy focusing on the static motion to really build a strong chest. Less is more when it comes to weight training, Get in get out. Pro body builders tend to do anywhere from 13-18 sets but their muscles are much more advance and with all the supplementation and diet they can handle a workout like that without starting to lose muscle. Doing 13 sets will keep your chest lean cut and build endurance. Try less to put on mass.

Hit incline Barbell then 3 days later hit a set of Incline DB...its what worked for me...Also throw in one arm cable flies.

Hey guys i'd like some help. I weigh 170 and my max bench is 180 but im not as toned as id like to be. What i do is
Flat Bench 3-4 sets 10 reps
Incline Bench 3-4 sets 10 reps
Dumbbell incline 3-4 sets 10-14 reps
Dumbbell decline 3-4 sets 10-14 reps
Flat dumbbell bench 3-4 10-12 reps
Push ups to failure
please help :) id like to gain size and strenght
